Born on the 2nd of December, 1981 in Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actor and model who is well-known for her roles in movies and television shows. Brandt made her American debut on Spartacus: Blood and Sand which is a drama set in the past. She began her acting career as a New Zealander in the show Diplomatic Immunity. The actress was featured on numerous shows over the past decade and included in them Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians as well as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Brandt started her role as Mazikeen (the role that was played by Tom Ellis Lauren German, and Kevin Alejandro) in the popular urban fantasy series Lucifer from the year 2016. Brandt was born at Cape Town South Africa. As she was in her teens, she moved from Cape Town to Auckland New Zealand along with her parents and siblings. Brandt started her modelling career in ads and printed commercials. She worked as an IT recruiting consultant as well as in retail, before becoming well-known as a fashion model. In 2009, she was cast in a New Zealand television sitcom called Diplomatic Immunity as Leilani. in 2021, her first major role came as Naevia the slave girl in Starz's Spartacus Blood and Sand. The character of Naevia has also been played by her in the Spartacus miniseries Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker starred alongside her in three television shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In the year 2016, Mazikeen was cast as the bounty hunter for the popular Netflix series Lucifer. This happens to be her most memorable role so far. On the show, she stars together with Tom Ellis Lauren French Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
